Big Bets is this year’s Industry Day event presented by the students of Cohort 16 in the Master of Digital Media program at Toronto Metropolitan University.

This annual showcase spotlights student-led Major Research Projects that explore how digital media shapes the way we connect, create, and care. From immersive experiences and applied AI to socially conscious design and storytelling, Big Bets brings forward bold ideas built in collaboration with partners such as Little Canada, City of Toronto, University Health Network, and TIFF.

Join us on December 3rd for live demos, presentations, and a panel discussion on bridging digital and physical worlds. You can also catch a live podcast taping featuring creators redefining digital innovation. Admission is free, lunch is provided, and the full schedule will be released one week prior.
