UX Strategies for KITE’s Commercial Growth

This MRP focuses on enhancing KITE’s visibility and partnership potential through design-led strategies. It involves the redesign of the FIBRE website to clarify its message and get more external partnerships for commercialization, and strengthen engagement with potential collaborators. Additionally, an ecosystem map was developed to identify gaps preventing research from reaching commercialization and having a solid funding proposal. Together, these initiatives position KITE as a more connected, industry-facing innovation hub ready to bridge research and real-world impact.
