Issues & Opportunities in Canadian Destination Marketing

This project develops no-cost to low-cost DAM strategies for small Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) with minimal staff, tight budgets, and limited technical capacity. It delivers practical, scalable frameworks to organize, manage, and leverage digital assets across the full lifecycle - from creation to archiving. The approach applies metadata standards, workflow templates, and accessible automation tools, helping small DMOs overcome resource constraints while strengthening collaboration, brand consistency, and long-term digital readiness.
