A UX research study to improve the EnvisAGE application journey

In partnership with UHN KITE, this project addressed critical barriers preventing innovators from accessing Canada's $154M EnvisAGE AgeTech program. Many potential applicants are unaware of the program, struggle to find information, and don't understand the role of Beachhead partners like UHN KITE. Through UX research and stakeholder analysis, the study identified key obstacles in program visibility, information access, and role clarity. The solution, "Project Lighthouse," features a centralized microsite and marketing strategy to enhance discoverability and support UHN KITE in achieving seven new partnerships over three years.
